When the cobalt bonding phase gradually erodes, it cannot combine with the hard carbide phase, which will accelerate the wear of the carbides. The loss of cobalt is accelerated.

Press life

When it is stamped to about 1.5 kks, it has been worn a lot, and it needs to be repaired by micro-processing before it can be stamped again, and as the frequency of stamping frequency increases, the amount of grinding gradually increases

The wear is still relatively small when stamping up to 8kks, the stamping quality is better, and the amount of wear changes little with the increase of the number of stamping. Long service life.
