Zirconia ceramic dispensing valve

   The wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of ceramic dispensing valves are superior to metal dispensing valves. The ceramic dispensing valve has a long service life, a wide range of applications, and a high surface finish. It is a ceramic component widely used in advanced fields such as mobile phones, LEDs, and medical treatment.

Dispensing valve: make the rod material cylindricity up to 0.004mm, surface roughness up to Ra0.05μm, straightness up to 0.003mm.

It adopts self-formulated ceramic raw materials to sinter ceramic blanks, with high precision processing, good air tightness, no leakage, no stagnation, no locking and no deformation during filling, and it can be precisely matched with metal fittings. Widely used in food filling, medical filling, measuring instruments, battery filling, etc.

 Why use Xitao ceramic dispensing valve?

The traditional dispensing valve often leaks from the valve. This situation occurs because the diameter of the needle used is too small. The metal dispensing valve is not resistant to high temperature, it is easy to paste colloidal liquid, and it will even affect the bubble discharge action. The ceramic dispensing valve can perfectly solve the problem of valve leakage. The ceramic dispensing valve produces the least back pressure and the smoothest fluid flow.

The size of the glue is inconsistent

When the glue output is inconsistent, it is mainly caused by the instability of the pressure cylinder or air pressure of the stored fluid. The inlet pressure regulator should be set at 10 to 15 psi lower than the lowest pressure in the factory. The pressure used in the pressure cylinder should be between the pressure above the middle of the pressure gauge, and the low pressure part of the pressure gauge should be avoided. The control pressure of the ceramic dispensing valve is at least 60psi to ensure stable dispensing, and the ceramic dispensing valve is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and will not form a blockage of the glue liquid flow.

Flow rate is too slow

The flow rate of the dispensing valve is too slow because of the material of the metal dispensing valve. When the temperature of the metal is too high, the liquid will agglomerate when it is left, which will form a blockage, and the flow rate will slow down accordingly, resulting in an inconsistent size of the glue. A ceramic dispensing valve made of zirconia ceramic material can perfectly solve this problem. The zirconia ceramic itself has the characteristics of wear resistance and high temperature resistance. Even at a high temperature of 1400C, the liquid can still be normally circulated.

Liquid dries up in the valve

This situation is mainly due to excessive moisture or repeated instant glue. The metal dispensing valve will cause the valve body temperature to become cold due to the use environment. The ceramic dispensing valve can ensure a constant temperature state. When the liquid flows through the valve body, it will not dry up and ensure normal circulation.
